The next generation combi-steamer, it is available in six different sizes in gas or electric and features a small footprint (the most compaact Model 61 measures 847mm x 771mm).

It features an entirely new control panel that can be tailored to a chef’s individual requirement which automatically monitors cooking to produce great food. It combines two new technologies, HighDensityControl® and Efficient LevelControl®, with the established SelfCooking Control® and CareControl® systems to produce a combi oven that reduces production time, increases capacity and creates the perfect cooking environment

 It also learns the way a chef works and adjusts the cooking process accordingly so can be tailored to an operator’s individual needs.
