In 2010, Hotelympia celebrates 75 years as a pioneering event at the forefront of the UK hospitality and foodservice industry.

Stage 75's heady mix of displays, insight and demonstrations will feature key figures of the industry providing their insight and opinions on a variety of issues - such as sustainability and London 2012 - relevant to the industry today. 

As well as the semi-finals and finals of the UK Barista Championships, Stage 75 comprises a range of topical interviews and demonstrations from the likes of; Gwilym Davies, World Barista Champion; Chris Galvin, chef extraordinaire and owner of Galvin Resturants, including the newly opened Galvin La Chapelle; and Gerard Basset, Master sommelier & co-founder of Hotel du Vin.
