Hotelympia Carrier Bags
Increase visibility throughout the exhibition by advertising on and distributing carrier bags at the hall entrances during Hotelympia 2010 to all visitors as they arrive. (Bags to be provided by client)
Price = £7,500 + VAT
Visitor Registration pens
Be the first to get your name across to visitors by providing branded registration pens at each visitor registration point. Up to 30,000 branded pens will need to be provided.
Price = On application
Sampling/ Promotion in the Aisles
Offering the opportunity for up to 3 companies per product section (a maximum of two staff per company) to sample products or distribute literature beyond the confines of your stand – within any of the aisles across the show.
Price = £500 + VAT per day (Minimum of 3 days)
Floor Tiles
Place your company name and logo on carpet tiles to increase visibility and direct visitors to your stand. Advertise on 0.5m x 0.5m 4-colour floor tiles strategically located with the exhibition halls.
5 tiles £1,000 + VAT
10 tiles £1,500 + VAT Maximum of 6 sets
No more than 10 tiles per exhibitor. The location of the tiles to be agreed with Fresh RM.
Visitor badges
Badges will be given to all pre-registered and onsite attendees to Hotelympia 2012
Sponsor logo will appear in colour on visitor badge
Artwork to be provided to Fresh RM in eps format

You Are Here Boards
Providing easy reference points for visitors to locate areas of interest. The sponsor’s stand will be highlighted and the logo will appear with text ‘sponsored by….’. Please note the You Are Here boards will also include the logos of show and feature sponsors. Double sided Floor plans placed at various points in North & South Hall
Price = 1 x board - £1200 + VAT
All boards -£ 6,000 + VAT
Full registration area sponsorship (1 entrance)
Logo on surrounding shell/voiles (to be approved by Fresh RM) plus staff clothing: All hats, t-shirts etc must be provided by client

Full sponsorship of ALL reg areas including staff
