|Premier Foods at Hotelympia 2014|
Visitors to this year’s Hotelympia, 28th April – 1st May, will be in for a sweet treat as at Premier Foods we plan to showcase the very best traditional desserts. Using reliable and trusted brands, such as Ambrosia, Bird’s, McDougalls and Angel Delight, a range of desserts will be on offer for delegates to try in the Cost Sector Live area, stand 4970.
With Premier Foods as sponsors to the Education themed day, Wednesday 30th April, our traditional desserts will be suitable for a range of cost sector caterers. Our culinary advisors, Louise Wagstaffe and Preston Walker, will be on hand to offer caterers advice and recipe inspiration through comprehensive demonstrations. Our aim is to show caterers how to use our brands, which many will have in their store cupboards, to create traditional desserts with a twist. In order to avoid menu fatigue, it is imperative caterers demonstrate creativity with their dessert offering whilst providing the customer with familiar tastes they recognise and love.
We are delighted to be involved with the show this year and particular pleased to be supporting the Cost Sector Live area – with live food demonstrations from leading cost sector caterers it is set to be an action packed four days.
