Time is running out for chefs who want to show off their cooking expertise at next year’s prestigious Salon Culinaire International de Londres being staged at Hotelympia 2012.

The closing date for entries to the internationally renowned culinary event is just weeks away – Thursday, 1^st December – so now is the time to visit www.hotelympia.com/salon  to ensure you have a guaranteed place to test your skills against some of the best talent in the industry. 

Salon Director, Peter Griffiths MBE said: “Salon Culinaire promises to be one of the best ever following the success of the record-breaking event at Hotelympia 2010 when more than 800 awards were presented.

“It is a great opportunity for chefs to show what they can do in the kitchen at a major industry event so if people are thinking about entering they should certainly not wait any longer because entries will be closing very soon.”
