Product Name Cook & Hold Oven Product Description Another new launch for Hotelympia. Developed by Moduline & CLS this is the ultimate in cook & hold technology. Double static oven, with two separately controlled compartments. Provided by low density wire heating element that coils around both cavities. The controls of time, temperature, core probe and DeltaT are completely electronic with “user-friendly” LCD screens. The watertight cavities include a unique drainage system and are closed with two glazed doors for easy viewing. The oven can be supplied with two external USB sockets to save the cooking data on a USB pen drive. Each cavity capacity: 8 GN2/1 or 16 GN1/1 for a maximum of 60kg of product.
