Waste-Works launched at Hotelympia 2014, focusing purely on suppliers of resource efficiency solutions for the hospitality sector, helping you to find cost savings and improve your environmental credentials.

Waste and resource use is a key issue for the foodservice and hospitality industry.  Research by WRAP (Waste and Resources Action Programme) in 2013 identified that the sector is facing an annual bill in excess of £2.5 billion for food waste, rising beyond £3 billion by 2016 unless steps are taken to prevent food being wasted.

There are significant opportunities that exist across the Hospitality and Foodservice sector to reduce costs.
