Hotelympia Hall of Fame - Lifetime Achievement Award

One of the UK’s most legendary chefs, Anton Mosimann OBE, is to be inaugurated into Hotelympia’s Hall of Fame when the show returns to London’s ExCeL this February (29th-3rd March 2016).

The Swiss master, once the youngest ever Maître Chef des Cuisine of The Dorchester at just 28, who oversaw a glittering thirteen year tenure there, collecting two Michelin stars, will be celebrated during an in-depth interview on day one of the show(Monday 29th, 11.30am, The Stage).

The Hotelympia Innovation Awards

The Hotelympia Innovation Awards in association with The Caterer, will once again highlight that Hotelympia is the only place to see the latest industry innovation across the board. Design, Equipment and Technology are the three award categories for 2016. These products are among the best innovations in the hospitality sector and crucial to the success of any business. 2016 has seen a truly innovative selection of entries. Hotelympia Restaurant Design Award

This year the judges are looking for the best new restaurant design. The winner will be presented with a very special award at Hotelympia in front of an audience of designers, hoteliers, investors and members of the press keen to discover what has set this one dining establishment apart from the others. 

World Food Innovation Awards at Hotelympia

Now in its second successful year, the World Food Innovation Awards at Hotelympia in association with IFE are designed to celebrate excellence and innovation across every category of the global food industry. The finalists and winners of the 2015 Awards were announced at a special awards ceremony during IFE in London in March 2015. The awards attracted over 340 entries from 30 countries in 16 categories. The finalists and winners in the 2016 awards will be announced during a special event on Tuesday 1st March at Hotelympia in London’s ExCel exhibition centre.
